Our WINE CELLAR has received awards from both the Wine Enthusiast & Wine Spectator organizations. Crafted with thought, care, and love, Brickhouse Restaurant has worked diligently to build an impressive Wine Cellar for our customers who take wine very seriously. Selection, service and value are all taken into consideration for you, our patron.
We carry an inventory of approximately 500 bottles in our Wine Cellar with a focus on wines from the Pacific Northwest. Our Spirits and Beer menus, although not as extensive, are sure to impress and keep you coming back for more!

Our steaks are sourced from Double R Ranch in Boise, Idaho. Natural and hormone-free. All steaks are custom aged a minimum of 28 days. Each steak is hand cut by our chef to our exacting standards.
We procure the finest products available (when in season) - Carlton Farms Pork, New Zealand Rack of Lamb, Draper Valley Natural Chicken, Fresh Alaskan Halibut, Fresh Wild Chinook Salmon from the most famous NW runs, Fresh Hawaiian Big Eye Ahi Tuna, Maine Lobster, Fresh New England Sea Scallops and Fresh Pacific NW Dungeness Crab, live Puget Sound Oysters, Clams and Mussels.
Whenever possible we source local organic farms for our produce, dairy and cheeses. Each ingredient is carefully chosen to be the finest available.
